- All returned items must be postmarked within 14 days of the date delivered.
Only online credit will be given for items. No refunds or exchanges will be granted. Our inventory is limited, as well as on a live system; consequently, we are unable to do exchanges/holds.
- Returns are processed at our Headquarters. Please allow 1-3 business days for your return to be processed. We will email your online code once we have processed your return.
- NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS.
- JEWELRY, PURSES, ACCESSORIES, INTIMATES, AND GIFT CARDS ARE FINAL SALE.
- Merchandise must be in perfect condition. We inspect each item before we package and send them out to you. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
- Please do not use scissors or any sharp utensils to open your package.
- We will charge a 15% restocking fee for any returned item that shows signs of wear, unattached tags, or damaged clothing.
- Unacceptable returns will be returned to the customer at their own expense
- Please note: We are not responsible for return shipping or lost returns. We recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item and keeping shipping receipts for your records. Before you ship us your return, please email us for m+f HQ address as well as confirmation. Please include your invoice in the returned package. Once we receive your return, we will then email you your online credit code.
- Returning an exchange? The exchanged item must be postmarked within 7 days of the date delivered. If received after, it will be returned to buyer at buyer's cost. No exceptions, please.
We inspect every item that is shipped out. Should you receive an item damaged (WE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING, NO EXCEPTIONS), you will receive a replacement if the item is still in stock. If the item is not in stock, you will be refunded. We will not refund you unless the item is out of stock. Please follow the above instructions on how to return the item.
We are not responsible for damages due to care of clothing. We highly recommend reading the care instructions before washing or dry cleaning any item.
